The Ember Room

Named for the custom open-fire grill at its centre, the Ember Room offers a theatrical dining experience built around live-fire cookery. Exposed brick, aged oak tables, and copper fixtures create a dramatic yet intimate atmosphere.

The Aurelia Suite
